Why was it Manufactured? Urban Shadow Inc constructed this structure next to the pool to make the surrounding area usable.? The application of shade structure and pool make for a dramatic and functional complex.

Where is it Located? Glendale, Arizona.

What is Unique about the Structure and/or what Technical Difficulties were Overcome to make it a Reality? Generally, HDPE structures are not required to be fire retardant when in a pool application.? However the city of Glendale required this structure to be fire retardant, with that in mind, we used polyfabs FR comshade, which satisfied the city requirements

How Did the Project Achieve the Client?s Needs? The design still allows room for children to play in the sun, yet parents can seek shade coverage within safe distance to their loved ones.? This community pool offers ammenities unlike any other pool in the valley.
